The Hospitality Training Academy’s “HTA Connect” Platform for UNITE HERE Local 11 Members

The HTA Connect App - funded by a grant from the California Workforce Development Board and the California State Economic Development Department - gives UNITE HERE Local 11 members with low seniority the ability to take shifts in other UNITE HERE Local 11 venues that match your skills and qualifications. In order to join the app, you must be invited by your employer and complete training.

• View and take shifts that match your profile
• Edit you profile, certifications, and preferences
• Receive clear instruction on where to go, what to bring, etc.

The HTA is not an employer and is only providing a platform to connect employees with work opportunities.
